We were recently sent a new bottle cleaning solution to try from Nimble babies, however as we didn’t really use bottles I was hesitant to accept the product to review. They suggested I could use the solution on all sorts of cleaning, one of which was cleaning the blender when I’ve made smoothies. Now that is something I do so thought I’d give it a try.
It worked brilliantly at removing the oily residue that can be left from certain fruits and veg and with only a couple of squirts and a bit of water. Not long after receiving the product I also realised that I had a tonne of bottles in the freezer with milk in that now had to be chucked, so it was going to get a good run at cleaning the bottles that the milk had been sitting in. Especially the first milk because that is so much thicker and creamier.
You can sort of see the milk clinging to the sides of the bottle in the picture below, but most parents will know that feeling of the slimy milk inside the bottle or beaker. With a few squirts of Nimble, some water, a quick swill round and a brush with your scrubber and the milk is gone. It also smells so much fresher, much nicer than just being washed with water.
If you’re looking for something to freshen up your bottles and make it much easier and quicker to clean then look no further than Nimble. I think I cleaned around 10 bottles and have used it many times on my blender and there is still loads left, so a little goes a long way. I must also add that it was brilliant at cleaning my expresser too as they can get a little grotty with milk getting in all the little parts. But with a spray of Nimble and then swilled in water it really helped lift it all away.
