I have to be honest I haven’t stayed completely on track over the past couple of weeks, It’s just so hard when easter eggs are so cheap and you have a chocolate loving boyfriend who ‘Needs’ chocolate to live!
I have however kept my breakfasts really good, I believe that this is the most important meal of the day so I always start it with something like, spinach, eggs, meat, couscous etc… something full of goodness and protein. I also try and have a good sized glass of water or fill my 1.5litre bottle up and start drinking that, along with a Skinny me tea.
I bought my Teatox, hoping I would be able to stay on track with the Tea and colon cleanses, but I haven’t really done it properly so I don’t know what the results will be. I think I have noticed a slight change in shape, but it may only be noticeable when looking back through pictures.

This tortilla pizza was amazing…Simply fry the tortilla, add the tomato puree and other ingredients you want then add the cheese, let it melt for a minute then whack it in the oven for a few minutes!
