Becoming a foodie


So since my last post, I have stuck to the ‘eating heathy’. I’ve really been getting into my food, preparing really tasty things for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I find that taking photos of my food help motivate me, maybe thats a little strange but I love looking at other peoples food pictures too, gives me inspiration. 

Anyway heres an example of a breakfast and lunch…maybe they’ll help inspire you.

Lunch: Goats cheese salad

Fresh Spinach leaves, beetroot, toasted walnuts, grilled goats cheese, cherry tomatoes and avocado.

Breakfast: Couscous and bulgar wheat, ham, sunny side up egg and fresh spinach.
